Consultation has opened for the Victoria Park Precinct Draft Plan. The public can comment at this link till September 27,2026
I am concerned with the project due to the loss of many significant trees it imposes and the potential loss of green space through infrastructure needed to support the Stadium and National Aquatics Centre as the plan evolves over time. This could have been avoided. I also believe that the community consultation process is insufficient for a project of this scale.
